This morning, by chance I picked up the phone and answered a customer's query about our delivery times on our sister site WhereDidYoubuyThat. See extract of our conversation after I answered his query....
Customer: 'I really like your voice...'
Me: 'It must be the accent'
Customer: 'Oh where are you from?'
Me: 'From France'
Customer: 'aahhh I love French women...What are you wearing?'
I bursted out laughing.
Me: 'A dress....I try to avoid coming to work completely naked....anyway I let you get on looking at WhereDidYoubuyThat'
It really made me laugh...although I was quite keen to shorten our conversation in case it turned out worse....
